Biennale Session: all the details

Dear students and professors,

I would like to remind you the appointments at the Biennale-Giardini and at the Biennale-Arsenale on November 16, 24 and 25.

All students and professors who have already given their confirmition, are invited to participate in the events, although some of the activities organized at the Biennale will be considered compulsory for the students of the following courses:

New Technologies, Cultural Heritage and the Urban Experience

Managing Heritage Cities in the Era of Global Tourism

Rediscovering the Civil Society

Reading Calvino in Venice

 

-On Friday, November 16 at 12.30 pm meeting at the  Biennale-Giardini (at the ticket office to deliver the individual pass)

Prof. Munoz has organized a short presentation of the European Prize for the Urban Public Space by arch. David Bravo followed by an open discussion (at the ASAC Library at the back of the Padiglione Centrale at 1.30 pm)

 

-On Saturday, November 24 at 10.15 meeting at the Biennale-Arsenale

at 10.30 am there will be a guided visit at the Arsenale Exhibition site, while from 3.30 to 6.00 pm  there will be the “Closing Conference” by Chipperfield.

The conference will take place inside the “Teatro alle Tese dell’Arsenale”, the seats are limited and cannot be reserved so if you want to attend the conference, we suggest you to be there a little bit earlier.

-On Sunday, November 25 all day ( 10.00 am – 6.00 pm)

the third entrance will be either to the Giardini or to the Arsenale. The choice is up to you, you can spend more time enjoying the site that you liked most!
