VIU organizes in collaboration with Ca’ Foscari University a meeting with an artist of international renown: Han Meilin, Chinese painter and sculptor.
Han Meilin has been appointed the UNESCO award of Artist for Peace, that will be delivered during an important ceremony in Paris on October 13, 2015.Ambassador Umberto Vattani, President of Venice International University, and Michele Bugliesi, Rector of Ca’ Foscari University Venice, are pleased to invite you and any person interested at the lecture “Art emanates from heart. Han Meilin’s journey in the world of art“on October 7, 2015 at 4.30 pm, Aula Magna Ca’ Dolfin, Dorsoduro 3855 (near campo Santa Margherita and Ca’ Foscari main building).
